Steps to Getting Started:
Step One:
We meet face to face to assess event goals and develop a comprehensive plan. Working together we will create a successful program custom tailored to you and your needs within a realistic working budget.
Step Two: After the plan is in place and a budget is approved, we will send you a written services agreement outlining the work to be performed. Included will be the cost and deposit required to start the project. After the agreement and deposit are received, the exciting work of project implementation begins. We believe in regular communication and keeping up with key deadlines in order to keep the project on schedule and running smoothly.
Step Three: Once the work is completed, the results will be discussed and a final invoice will be provided for payment. Our goal is to build a lasting business
Fees:
First Impression Promotional Staffing is based on an hourly rate. Promotional Event Planning is contracted based on the scope and duration of specific events. First Impression sales services are available for a basic monthly retainer plus commission. Reimbursements and an auto allowance for reasonable travel expenses will also be required. Contracts are range from two months to one year with a 60-day cancellation clause. We are committed to our clients’ total success. To accomplish this, we only represent companies who can offer what we consider to be critical success factors which include: a high-quality product, competitive pricing, and a commitment to support the brand at street level, in the retail market.
